Today marked the beginning of our classroom novel study. The novel was delivered in a read aloud format and discussed after the end of the chapter. The book will be tied into our descriptive writing focus and our reading strategy of visualizing. The students all seemed very interested in the chapter and were eager to share their thoughts on what had happened.
